34 M millions d’internautes français achèteront en France en 2014 en ligne un produit / service. Cela représente une augmentation annuelle de 3%. (Fevad, sept 2014). Quelle que soit la catégorie de produits ou services, les internautes achètent de plus en plus souvent en ligne : ainsi ils ont passé en moyenne 14,7 commandes sur internet au cours des 6 derniers mois contre 13,9 en 2013. En parallèle, les acheteurs sur des sites étrangers sont de plus en plus nombreux (33%,+5 points en 2014) abolissant les frontières classiques du commerce.
